Yoselin Fagundez is a 25 year old girl who graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in Social Communication, with a major in Audiovisual Arts, who began her career in 2012 and graduated in April 2018. She is currently working at the production company Cinesa for the shooting of a historical documentary about Blanca Rodriguez Perez, the wife of Carlos Andres Perez, so she frequently travels to the city of Rubio located in the Táchira state to film the house where this character was born.
She graduated as a middle technician at the Fundación Carlos Delfino school located in La Vega, so she had to do some internships at the Communication Research Center of the UCAB and since then decided that she wanted to study at this university. At first she was interested in Engineering but, after her experience with the internship, she decided to study Social Communication.
I applied to see if I would be admitted, but since I didn’t have money to pay for college, I only did it to see what would happen. However, I stayed in college and applied for a 100% scholarship that I was also approved for, which was maintained throughout my entire career.
During her studies, Yoselin also participated as volunteer in the university volunteer program, where she carried out several activities in the parishes of Antímano and La Vega during the weekends.
The people who apply for scholarships are motivated to study and bring something good for the country, so by helping a student finish his career you’re helping to build Venezuela, and that’s just what we need right now.
