The next ABCU Foundation event is aimed at the enjoyment of alumni friends of the UCAB, and in general of anyone who admires art and has a spirit of philanthropy and solidarity.
And that is from this December 8th in the spaces of the Cultural Center Imago Art in Coral Gables, Miami joins the world of plastic arts with the world of education at ART UCAB, a contemporary art exhibition in favor of the fund of scholarships of the UCAB.
The exhibition will feature the participation and support of 28 internationally renowned Venezuelan teachers, such as Daniel Suarez, Juvenal Ravelo, Julio Pacheco Rojas, Carlos Cruz-Diez, Octavio Russo, Lia Bermudez, Annella Armas, Fernando Sucre, Patrica Van Dalen among others who generously donated their pieces to collaborate with the scholarship fund and the social programs of the University.
This event, which will take place under the motto of Philanthropy of Hope, seeks to attract the assistance of those willing to integrate aesthetic sensibility with the social utility of sharing and thus expand the study opportunities of thousands of young Venezuelans who, due to the crisis of the country, may be excluded from a promising future. Do not forget that it is the classrooms where the light really is at the end of the tunnel that Venezuela is so loud for.
